About the challenge

I want to help you create massive momentum in your life towards your goals and priorities. The only way to do that is to make sure you're mentally, physically, and spiritually feeling your best self. When your internal foundation is strong, then you can begin to build all of your wildest dreams on top of that.

This challenge is created for those who are ready for a reset so that they can get back on track to building their dream life, one that is filled with work-life balance, personal self-care, business growth, life experiences, community building, and relationships.

A few years ago, I came across this philosophy of "you win the morning, you win the day," and for me, it's all about prioritizing myself first thing in the morning so that I can create momentum for the day ahead, which ultimately helps me win my day.

I want to help you do the same within the next 30 days. You'll cross off a few personal wins first thing in the morning (morning routines), follow strict daily healthy practices (daily do's), and cut out anything that's not benefiting you (daily don'ts).

Your objective over the next 30 days is to stay committed and disciplined so that you can feel the best you've felt in a long time, maybe even the best you've felt in your entire life.

Whatever you do, don't cheat yourself. Follow through on each daily task. You'll thank yourself later.

The mindset: Take it one day at a time. Don't worry about Day 30 when you're at Day 1.
